1. The Promotion
Lead Rescuer is giving eligible UK kitchen businesses the opportunity to receive £15,000 worth of free Lead Rescuer marketing services.
The promotion also includes a free gift for eligible entrants and additional Lead Rescuer service credits.
2. Who Can Enter
To qualify for the promotion, you must:
- own or represent a kitchen business operating in the United Kingdom;
- have annual business revenue of at least £2,000,000;
- provide accurate information when entering; and
- meet all other requirements stated on the entry form.
Lead Rescuer reserves the right to verify the information provided by entrants.
Businesses that do not meet these requirements will not qualify for the promotion.
3. How to Enter
To enter, complete and submit the official giveaway entry form during the Promotion Period.
Only valid entries submitted during the Promotion Period will be considered.
Each eligible business may enter once.
4. The £15,000 Marketing Prize
One eligible entrant will be selected at random to receive £15,000 worth of Lead Rescuer marketing services, equivalent to six months of Lead Rescuer’s standard service.
The prize consists of Lead Rescuer services and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any advertising spend, third-party costs or other expenses not included in Lead Rescuer’s standard service remain the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Additional Service Credits
Eligible entrants may also be eligible for additional Lead Rescuer service credits. Further details will be provided to qualifying entrants.
6. Free Gift
Every eligible entrant will receive a free gift for entering the promotion.
The gift is subject to availability and any applicable delivery requirements.
The gift cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Referrals
Eligible entrants may refer another kitchen business to the promotion.
For a referral to qualify:
- the referred business must meet the eligibility requirements;
- the referred business must submit a valid entry;
- the referral must be made using the referral mechanism provided by Lead Rescuer; and
- the referred business must not have already entered the promotion before the referral was made.
If a referred entrant is selected as the recipient of the £15,000 marketing prize, the eligible person who made the valid referral will receive the same £15,000 marketing prize.
The same principle applies to any applicable reward or service-credit benefit associated with the referred entrant.
This means that a successful referral can result in both the referred business and the person who referred them receiving the applicable reward.
8. Increasing Your Chances
You can increase your chances of receiving the £15,000 marketing prize by referring eligible kitchen businesses that have not already entered the promotion.
Each valid referral creates an additional opportunity for the referring entrant to receive the applicable prize if the referred entrant is selected.
All referred businesses must independently meet the eligibility requirements.
9. Winner Selection
The £15,000 marketing prize recipient will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact details provided during entry.
If the selected entrant cannot be verified as eligible, or does not respond within 5 business days of being contacted, Lead Rescuer reserves the right to select another eligible entrant.
10. Verification and Disqualification
Lead Rescuer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry where:
- the entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements;
- false, misleading or incomplete information has been provided;
- the entrant has attempted to enter more than once;
- the entrant has attempted to manipulate the referral system; or
- the entry otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
11. General
By entering the promotion, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Lead Rescuer reserves the right to verify entries and eligibility and to take reasonable steps to prevent fraudulent or abusive participation.
The promotion is subject to these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
